2. Appointment Availability & Booking Process
We cannot guarantee a specific appointment date.
We continuously and manually monitor the visa scheduling website 24/7 to find cancellations or newly released slots.
If a slot matching your criteria becomes available, we will book it immediately.
However, please understand that there is no guarantee that a slot will become available.
3. AIS Account Access & Cancellation Policy
We require access to your AIS account to monitor and book appointments.
If you already have an appointment, we must cancel it first before monitoring for new slots.
Important: Cancelling an existing appointment comes with risks. If you are comfortable with this, we can proceed.
4. Payment Policy
No upfront payment is required.
You will only pay after we have successfully secured your appointment.

We do not have control over the availability of slots, cancellations, or government releases.
We do not provide assistance with:
- Document preparation
- Collecting necessary documents
- Interview preparation
We promise that all private information will not be stored.

If your visa is refused, we do not offer a refund.
Our responsibility is limited to securing your visa appointment date only.
